2. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of The Escape Game, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
3. Nature of Competition
This promotion is a skill-based prize competition and is not a lott ery.
To enter, participants must correctly answer the puzzle question shown on the competition page. Only entries with a correct answer will be entered into the draw.
4. Entry Methods
Online Entry
Participants may enter online via the website by submitting the entry form, answering the puzzle question, and paying the stated entry fee.
Free Postal Entry
Participants may also enter for free by post. To do so, send a postcard or letter including:
• Full name
• Postal address
• Email address
• The correct answer to the puzzle question

Only one postal entry per person per draw is permitted. Postal entries must be received before the closing date to be valid.
5. Entry Fee
Online entry costs £5 per entry.
Entry fees are non-refundable except in the event that the competition is cancelled by the promoter.
Submitting an incorrect answer will not qualify for entry into the draw.
6. Draw Process
All valid entries with the correct answer will be placed into a random draw.
The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing time and is normally conducted live online.
7. Prizes
Weekly Duo Escape
A private escape room experience for 2 players.
Monthly Team Escape
A private escape room experience for up to 7 players.
The prize:
• has no cash alternative
• is non-transferable
• cannot be exchanged for credit
Bookings are subject to availability and must be redeemed within 3 months of the draw date.
Peak Saturday evening from 4pm slots may be excluded.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via email within 24 hours of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, The Escape Game reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
The winner’s first name and surname initial may be published on the website or social media channels.
9. Community Game
Where a draw reaches its maximum entry limit, The Escape Game may also provide a free escape room experience for up to 4 players to a local school, youth group, or community organisation at its discretion.
This is not an additional prize within the competition draw and is not awarded by chance.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is used solely for administering the competition unless the entrant has opted in to marketing communications.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
11. Liability
The Escape Game accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical faults, network issues, or postal delays.
12. Right to Amend or Cancel
The Escape Game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
